EnergySage
EnergySage is an online platform that connects clients interested in solar installations and qualified solar installers. Operating as an independent and unbiased installer-to-client matchmaker, solar installers that wish to participate in EnergySage’s program must pass a screening process to prove their level of expertise and certification. Some criteria necessary for an installer to become EnergySage approved are:
- At least 3 years of experience installing solar PV
- Licensed and insured for solar PV
- NABCEP certified
- Reputation for excellent customer service and quality solar installations
- Use of high quality solar equipment
EnergySage has won the support of the U.S. Department of Energy, New York State Energy Research & Development Authority, Connecticut Green Bank, and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center.
